Returns & Exchanges at OLA Vintage

We want you to love your unique finds, but if a piece doesn't fit your style, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original vintage condition with all OLA security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the vintage quality of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
